Lac Attack Spring Fling Collection

Today I've got a new-to-me indie brand to share!  Here's the Spring Fling Collection from Lac Attack.  :)

Picture-heavy; full review and lots of photos after the jump!
First up is one of my favourites; Bunny Poop is described as "A mix of multiple sizes of yellow, pink, green and blue pastel matte glitter in a clear base - the perfect spring glitter topper!"

I layered one easy coat of Bunny Poop over a purple franken.  I really love pastel glitter, especially over darker base colours!  You can see it over a lighter base in a nail art post from last week, right here

Holy Chick! is described as "A white crelly base with pale blue and yellow hexes, and small iridescent glitter with a beautiful blue sparkle!"

My swatch shows three coats sans undies, topped with two coats of Essence Gel Look top coat.  The formula was kind of goopy and required some work to get even coats, but the end result is quite cute!

Spring Fling, the collection's namesake polish, is described as so: "Another wonderful part of spring is the return of bright blue skies and growth in nature. Spring Fling combines both of these with a bright blue base and small neon green glitter."

I used three coats alone for this swatch, topped with Essence Gel Look top coat.  The formula was thick but almost watery at the same time, so application was tricky.  It's a bit of a top-coat-eater too.  I really like the speckled look of the neon green in the bright blue base though, so cool!

Next up, Garden Party: "You can't have April showers without May flowers! Garden Party is inspired by the floral explosion in springtime - a mixture of pale pink and green metallic hexes in a clear base, and can be built to opacity in 3-4 coats."

I chose to layer this one instead of build it up alone, so you're seeing one coat over LaCC 1968.  Flawless formula on this one, the glitters spread perfectly with no trouble at all!

Here's what she has to say about Cherry Blossom Bloom: "Where I live, there is a multi-week celebration of the Cherry Blossoms blooming. I wanted to create a shade to contribute to that celebration - Cherry Blossom Bloom is a clear base featuring white hexes and rectangles, with two sizes of fuschia circle glitter!"

I decided to layer one coat of this glitter topper over LaCC 1977, and it's all topped with one coat of Essence Gel Look top coat.  The glitters spread well, but I did have to fish for the white rectangles.   I think I actually may prefer this without the rectangles though, since I LOVE the fuchsia circles all by themselves!

Last is my favourite from the collection, Puddle Jumping: "Inspired by the famous April showers, gray skies and blue raindrops, Puddle Jumping is a medium-light gray creme with tiny indigo flakes and a gorgeous purple/blue hidden shimmer."

I'm a sucker for grey polish, and this is no exception!  Perfect formula, two coats to opacity, and it's topped off with LaCC 2013 top coat for extra shine.  Such a beautiful understated polish!  :)

You can find Lac Attack on Facebook, the blog, and Twitter, and you can purchase these and lots of other polishes from the Lac Attack shop.  All are currently in stock (full-size bottles) except for Holy Chick!.

My favourite from this collection is definitely Puddle Jumping, but I'm also really loving Bunny Poop!  Which polishes are your favourites?  Will any of them be making their way to you?  :)
