LynBDesigns: So Changeable & Purple Polish of Sex

Who's ready for two amazing polishes inspired by everyone's favourite high-functioning sociopath?  You better all be raising your hands.  Today is a first for me, as these are my first Sherlock-inspired polishes!  I've been a fan of the BBC adaptation for quite a while, and I've even read a good number of the original stories by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, so I was pretty darn excited to get these polishes from LynBDesigns!

Read on after the jump for more photos, a full review, and a dose of fangirling!
So Changeable is a polish inspired by Andrew Scott's amazing portrayal of everyone's favourite villainous psychopath,  Moriarty.

This beauty is a dark blue jelly base packed with colour-shifting flecks that change from blue to purple at extreme angles.  It was opaque in three thin coats, and is topped off with one coat of Essence Gel Look top coat.  The formula was a little on the thick side, but totally worth the final look!

Ahh yes, Purple Polish of Sex.  I've lusted over this polish ever since seeing Mishka's stunning swatches, and it certainly doesn't disappoint!

For those of you unaware, let me tell you about the purple shirt of sex:
""The Purple Shirt of Sex" refers to a lightly pinstriped, extremely well-fitted purple shirt worn by Sherlock (Benedict Cumberbatch) in parts of the third episode, "The Great Game." It's most exemplary moment comes when Sherlock is examining Carl Powers’ shoes in the kitchen and is bustling about for a few precious moments with his sleeves rolled, his top two buttons undone, and his his blazer off, allowing the audience to see the full slim-fit pectoral-hugging glory of the purple shirt. Though all his shirts are similarly fitted, the camera angles in this scene, the length of the scene, and the color of the shirt make it appear particularly flattering." Source

Can we get some cheekbone-appreciation for that gif, please?

This is an absolutely stunning deep aubergine polish with a gorgeous purple shimmer, as well as the occasional red, silver, or blue spark.  I applied three thin coats for opacity, and the formula was as flawless as Sherlock's skills of deduction.

This is my absolute favourite shade of purple, and you can bet I'll be wearing it again soon!!  It's magical.  This is what Johnlock fanfics are made of.

All in all, this is what I have to say to Jenna, the creator of LynBDesigns:

Purple Polish of Sex takes the cake for me here, but So Changeable is definitely a close second!  Are any of you dying to get your hands on these?  I know that Sherlock has certainly fallen for them... Ouch. Too soon?  November, come faster!!
