Nailz Craze Stamping Plate Review - NC02

As promised, here is part two of yesterday's post!  Yesterday I showed you two manis that I did with the Nailz Craze stamping plate NC01, and today I've got two manis to share using NC02!  :)

The unicorn.  THIS, my dear readers, is the main reason I wanted this stamping plate.  I was literally shoving my nails in front of my friends all day saying "LOOK! UNICRONS!"

Gosh, I used to take pride in not being a super girly-girl.  Apparently those days are over.

I stamped the unicorn image over two coats of Zoya Stevie, (which I also love, by the way.)  I had a bit of the same issue as with yesterday's butterfly stamp, with scraping out part of the image.  It wasn't quite as bad with this one though, and a bit of black polish and a small brush fixed up the hole, no problem.

I didn't add a top coat initially, because I didn't want to ruin the texture.  However it did start to wear after a bit, so I added one coat of Essie Matte About You over the stamped nails to protect the image.  Unfortunately, it did smear the image a bit.  For reference, here's a stamped nail pre-top-coat.

Let me just say again how much I love this mani!  I just felt so unbelievably cool with unicorns on my nails.  I love unicorns.  :P

Second for today is a very bright and summer-y mani I had on the other day!

The base colour is Barry M Greenberry which I absolutely love, and my camera loves to hate.  This polish was part of my haul from when I went to Europe in March.  I've decided that I love Barry M polishes and desperately wish that they were readily available in Canada!  Great news is that one of my best friends in moving to the UK for school next year, so she'll become my British polish fairy.  ;)

Back to the stamps!!  I stamped this image from NC02 using Essie No Place Like Chrome, and it's topped off with a coat of LaCC 2013 top coat.   The image stamped sans problème, and I love the resulting mani!  :)

You can purchase this and other Nailz Craze stamping plates on Etsy, and you can find Natalie (the lovely lady behind Nailz Craze) on her blog and on the brand's Facebook page.

Natalie has generously given me a coupon code to share with you all!  Use the code 'GLOBEANDNAIL10' to get 10% off your order!  This code will only be valid for one month, as of yesterday's post.  :)

So to wrap up, which of the four manis is your favourite?  I've only scratched the surface of possibilities with these, as there's lots of images I haven't even used yet.  I'm pretty excited to get to play with these plates more, and you can bet that the unicorns will be making another appearance before long!  ;)
